Sipa helps you track what you drink and shows you how its daily goal is calculated. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Sipa is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Its daily goal is an estimate derived from published adequate-intake reference values and is not a prescription. Research findings cited in the app are described as what a study measured, not as a promise about your results.
If a clinician has given you a fluid limit, follow it. You can enter that figure in Settings and Sipa will never push you above it. Drinking a very large volume in a short time can be dangerous; seek medical advice if you have any concern about your fluid intake.
Sipa requires an active subscription. After the introduction, the app is unlocked by Sipa Pro, an auto-renewing subscription at the price shown on the subscription screen in your local currency. It covers everything the app does: your derived daily goal, logging, reminders, the pre-meal protocol, your own weekly correlations, full history, Health sync and widgets. There is no free trial and no introductory price.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, under Apple's Media Services Terms.
Your log lives on your device. We do not receive it and cannot restore it if you delete the app or lose the device. Export it from Settings if you want a copy. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Sipa is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and you may have consumer rights in your country that these terms do not affect.
These terms may change. The current version is always on this page, with the date above.
